Up to 225 Cats Being Judged in 5 Rings!
The Garden State Cat Show begins with cat exhibitors/owners entering their cats in our show.
The pedigreed cats compete with other pedigreed cats in color, breed and class, hoping to be awarded ribbons and points towards titles, along with regional and national awards. Household Pets compete with other HHPs based on beauty, personality, playfulness and charm. You will see the Best and TOP 10-15 winners per division in the competing classes of Championship, Premiership, Kittens and Household Pets.
In this year’s Presentation Ring, you will be able to enjoy a wide variety of special events. These include the Parade of Breeds, a Cat Costume Contest, Rescue Cat Stories from our Cat Rescue Groups and the Best Household Pet Award.
Feline Agility
Every cat entered in our show can also be signed up to compete in our Feline Agility Ring. This makes for an even playing field, since any cat, pedigreed or not, can win! With the use of a toy, the cats are led over jumps, through a tunnel and up a set of stairs while being timed. The fastest cat to complete the course wins.
Vendor Mall
We invite a wide variety of vendors of cat-related products and services to participate in our show, along with local businesses who regularly support us. There will be cat trees, pet carriers, cat toys, accessories, clothing and knickknacks available for sale!
Parade of Breeds
See a wide variety of different cat breeds in one place while learning about their unique qualities from a qualified judge.
Costume Contest
Calling all cats in the show to don their special costumes for some furtastic fun! Come to the presentation ring each day to see adorable cats in costumes - a family favorite.

From the latest on FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) to news about HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), longtime EveryCatHealth Board member offers updates. He’ll also tell an amazing story on how cats FIP saved many thousands with COVID-19.
Steve speaks at veterinary meetings and animal related events around the world, and his TV appearances range from Oprah to National Geographic Explorer. For 25 years he is the host of Steve Dale’s Pet World, WGN radio. He has contributed to many veterinary books, most recently, Ask the Dog.

Our course curriculum conforms to current AHA, ARC, ASHI, NSC, ECC, ILCOR, DOT, DOH guidelines. We guarantee you will leave our course with the skills necessary to effectively administer CPR/AED and First Aid to infants, children or adults. You can also learn how to offer First Aid & CPR to your 4-legged friends. We offer
